Chem SPA is over!!

Chem Spa is over!! Although I pretty much screwed it up, it's one burden off my chest and now I can concentrate on the one thousand others things burdening my mind. Fuxuan fell ill today, she had major stomach cramps right before SPA. Felt so bad for her :(

Damn, I forgot to check on her, what a lousy friend I am. -.- Will text her soon! It's too late to call already.

My group's PW is seriously not going at the pace it should be going at. We should have finished the interviews by now but guess what? I just sent the interview emails today. :( Hope the NUS professors reply me on time. And hope they agree to have a date, scratch that, interview with me. 

Random reminder: Take photo of An's colourful socks on Friday. :)  If I forget this Friday, I must wait till the next Friday ><

I was studying math today but PW got in the way and interrupted the flow. >< Now maths will have to wait till tomorrow. 

Ok my life is about as entertaining as watching paint dry right now. On the brighter side, I'm turning 18 soon and that would mean that I can do lots of new stuff. Learn to drive, watch M18 movies in the cinema, and join contests that require you to be at least 18! 

For example, 987FM is having a competition to see who's the best DJ wannabe/hopeful. But you must be 18 to participate. Dang it, I wanted to give it a try :D Tbh, I think Justin totally has the voice for it but he's still 17 so I didn't suggest it to him. :X

I think I should go sleep now. Otherwise I will be too tired to do the ACES day dance tmr. I will post the link for the ACES day dance here in case any of you who bother to read my blog wants to see it. :) But not today, I'll post it tomorrow, 'cause Youtube decided to do what it does best. Lag. 

I really need to start lucid dreaming. I should exercise in my sleep :D

Before I start complaining about my school work and stuff, here are two photos from the College Day award ceremony. :)

                                                                                 <3 nbsp="nbsp" p="p">I went to Xiao Tian's house to study today. The original plan was to go to JP library but there were no seats TT Xiao Tian's mom was really nice and hospitable. She gave me peach tea and cream puffs. The cream puffs were yummy I tell u :D I WANT MORE...but they're full of calories.

Speaking of calories, while I was looking for seats at the library, I saw this book about dieting and immediately decided to borrow it xD Hope it works. The book's called "The Good Enough Diet - where near enough is good enough to lose weight" o.O The author sure knows how to draw attention to the book XD Will blog abt some of the tips when I actually have TIME to read the book. -.-

Now for the complaining part. I have a math test tomorrow and it's going to test on 3 chapters. THREE CHAPTERS. And Sequence and Series is one of them. It is an abstract chapter I tell you. But it's cool once you get it. POINT IS, that's the only chapter I have revised. Mamma Mia, here I go again, die die, I can never finish studying. ._.

And I still need to do GP research on a debate topic. I think the topic is: This house believes that Singapore should continue to invest in sports.

It's almost midnight. I need my beauty sleep. More importantly, if I don't sleep, I will really screw up the test tmr. Good nights bloggie. :)

Life and All

So regarding the presentation Fuxuan and I did, Mr Rishi said we did fine :) Phew! There'll be one last lesson on the 17th :D Can't wait to learn more from this guru :D Hope I get my first emcee "job" soon, as Miss June likes to call them. She's damn cute I tell you :D

Was watching Lee Hsien Loong's National Day message just now. I'm a good GP student xD HAHA. Took down notes too. It was pretty informative. :)

Anyways, it was National Day celebrations today at school! :) My class girls and I were part of the national day skit. The response from the audience was quite good! Better than expected :D And I think I don't have stage fright anymore! YAY! Not so much anyway.

Omg, seeing my pictures on FB, I look damn fat :( I need to do something bout my bulky self :( I don't have time to exercise tho. Sigh. >< Can't wait for after A Levels when I can go to the gym everyday and shed all these excessive weight!

Another thing, weird Indian guys keep confessing to me on FB. I appreciate the love and all but seriously, I wasn't asking for this when I uploaded pics of myself on FB. That was for my family and friends to see. Not for random strangers to admire, oogle at, and definitely not for them to "fall in love" with me. Those are strong words. They should use it on someone they REALLY fall in love with. Sigh. Men.

Anyways, there's no school tmr and on Friday. Awesomesauce :D Can do hw, finally >< At my own slow pace! Will be doing hw with Ru tmr at my house. Just the two of us. Too many cooks spoil the broth.

 I think I miss Koko and Brielle. I dreamed of them :X I don't think Brielle misses me though, he doesn't call me anymore.

Anyways, Judy came over to my house today :) Had fun slacking with her. Shared new music with her and gossiped and stuff :D Ate lunch together too :)

Btw, I think I like Justin all over again. Oh dear. But nvm though, he'll be gone soon and...I'll get over him hopefully :X He came to school today. I didn't even exchange any words with him. Just waved. Oh, it upset me so. :( *flips table*

In other news, the JJC Drama people got our well-deserved awards last Saturday at College Day. So I got a cert and a medal :) Got one after SO long. Feel so happy :) Some of the drama people went ice skating after that but I didn't go cus of several reasons. Firstly cus I found the fees costly. I'm poor dammit. Secondly, cus I didn't wanna fall down and embarrass myself in front of Justin. Thirdly, I didn't wanna see Justin talk to the others so happily and ignore me. Can't take it. Heart aches. TT Stupid crushes.

Kay, mom's asking me to go sleep so that I can wake up early to study tmr. Bye bloggie :) Will try not to think of Justin tonight :(

If you take a look at the Youtube link, that guy in the video is my instructor for emceeing. He is HILARIOUS. And his tips are damn good. He's helped me to improve like crazy. I can now actually crack jokes, albeit lame ones, in front of people. :D Totally glad I joined this course. Met many awesome fellow JJcians who are very good at this business :)
This Friday Fuxuan and I, we're a pair, we'll be doing an actual emcee speech for Mr Rishi to judge :) Hope it turns out well. He purposely gave us the Informal script to get us out of our comfort zone. I'm obviously better at formal xD
Kaay, shall go and prepare for tomorrow's lesson! :)

Life in All it's glory

Life hasn't been really good these days. For one, I can't find time to hang out with friends. For example, I haven't seen much of An and Judy and Fuxuan these days. Secondly, tomorrow, ACSI's guitar orchestra would be performing and I wanted to go and watch. Much to my displeasure, none of my friends can make it. TT So what do you want me to do? Go alone? Forget it. :( Thirdly, I don't know where I stand with some of my friends.
Honestly, artistic people are seriously misunderstood. TT
Oh well, must go study/do homework now. So that I can sleep early. Yesterday I slept at 1.30 >< Was chatting with someone :)

Acapella Championships 2012 @ SP

After the PinkDot event, Quan had invited Chin and I to go watch his group, Pitch Please, perform at the Acapella Championships at SP. We both eagerly agreed. Even though the tickets cost $25 each! So yesterday Chin and I went, we met up with Yvonne first. :) An and Justin were a bit late, they missed Quan's performance :( But I took a video of it for them.
I was screaming my head off for like, the whole concert! THEY WERE SO DAMN GOOD. The $25 was totally worth it! :D I was eargasming during the whole concert! :O
Some of the songs the various groups sang: Call Me Maybe, Payphone, Telephone, Uptown Girl, Titanium, We Are Young, Somebody that I used to Know, Hey Jude, You and I, etc. :)Awesome I tell you :)
And although Quan's group only got a bronze, they are really good too! Maybe just that the others were better ><
But the thing I liked best about Pitch Please is their attitude/personality and their choreography. :) Win the Gold next year yea? :D Don't be upset, you guys did your best! :))

Quan's voice is seriously amazing. I can't get over it. There was this part he sang in Titanium that is damn high and damn nice. :) You go Quan!

PinkDot 2012!

Hey! So if you're reading this post you most likely also know that I have been to PinkDot 2012 which took place just yesterday :) Had Bengali school in the morning, and then met up with Chin at 3 plus to go to Clark Quay to meet up with the rest of the drama people. Namely, An, Justin, Nurul. Nurul brought her BF along too :) How sweet ^^
From the moment we stepped out, everything was pink, pink, and more pink. Just like the name suggests. Basically, PinkDot is a movement which wishes to give Gay/lesbian/transgenders in Singapore equal rights. To go out in public holding hands just like any other couple. To get married even :) Saw someone holding a board that says "After all, we pay the same taxes as everyone else". Most of the straight people who went are Bi-curious or has at least one family member/friend who swings that way. I went cause of the latter reason of course. Not planning to swing that way anytime soon.
But, the problem now is that, I am a Christian and the Bible is against it and everything but I dunno...I am not advocating "gayism" I just wanted to see how the event would be organised etc. And Adam Lambert, my idol, is gay too. TT

I thought Zining was gonna come for this thing but in the end she didn't. :O An brought two friends along, Lin and Quan. Omg, Quan is such a fun and ncie guy. :D Like An and Justin. They hit off really well and at the end of the concert, the real party started. They danced like crazy! :D Yvonne and Nurul too :) Chin and I were a bit awkward cus we've never danced randomly in front of people before! xD *shame-shame* 

I need dance classes from Quan. Enough said. :D

Anyways, An left like, earlier than us cause he has a curfew. Justin and Yvonne went to get Koi together and the rest of us went home. :) Nurul and her Bf seperated from us cause we had to use the washroom. Us being, Chin, Lin, Quan and I. 

So the four of us went home, chatting all the way. :) Quan was so friendly I could talk to him with my eyes closed xD Exaggerating here but proof that he is friendly? When Chin invited him to join me and himself at JE library today to study, he actually came! :) And to think we met him just yesterday xD

Tmr gonna go study with Wang Ru, Chin and An at Centrepoint :) Need to wake up damn early >< Anyways, can't believe An agreed to meet random strangers :O Hope he doesn't feel akward man *prays* Too bad Quan not going tmr, he has to study for his exams :/ Jiayous to him! :)
