So after my father passed away, a lot of shit had to be done. Excuse my language. We had to go to the CPF building, Jurong Town Council, NTUC Income and AIA (insurance companies), Great Eastern, DBS, Citibank, SP Services and Courts headquarters. So much admin stuff to settle. So much paperwork to do. Been traveling around with my mom almost every single day. Even now we are not done. There are payments to settle on the 26th. Got a break because of Christmas (thank goodness).
So aside from all these admin stuff, I have also been attending interviews because I apparently did not get the other jobs I signed up for. I think the main reason is because I am screwing up my interviews -.- gahhhhhh. Ok no more screwing up, must get a job by start of Jan. Not for the money, but for the peace of mind. You know that horrible "odd-one-out" feeling? My close friends all seem to have jobs already and here I am jobless.
In my desperation, I googled "How to Ace an Interview". A relatively useful article came out. I shall be nice and share it with you all in case there is someone else losing hope like me.
In other news, during the first week, some of my friends came by to cheer me up and offer their condolences. Brielle and Wendy came by and I appreciated it a lot!! My class girls also came over! Thanks guys :')
Mazi couldn't be there because she was on vacation in Malaysia. She was sorely missed :(
Also, Wendy came over to my house today and introduced me to an American supernatural drama called Sleepy Hollow. OMG it is so awesome, totally my type. I can't stop hyperventilating. It is REALLY worth watching, I swear. Take my word for it. If you're bored at home, try watching this. I am going to force Wendy to come to my house this Saturday so that I can continue watching it on high definition on her laptop. I am not sure if I can find it in such good quality elsewhere. :/ HOOKED.
I'll be hanging out with Wan Ling and Wei Chin (and hopefully Darren) at Sentosa tmr. Hope the crowd isn't bad. >< Anyways, Merry Christmas to those who celebrate Xmas! :)
Brielle's going off to Australia tmr! Hope he has a safe flight! :)
The last week went by in a blur, even faster than the A Levels week. As depressing as recounting the events might be, I have to write it down...for memory's sake? And also maybe because those who read my blog regularly deserve to know what happened.
I woke up at 7am plus, hoping to go for a morning jog. I rolled around in bed for about half an hour and finally walked out into the living room at about 7.30am to find my dad sitting in front of the TV. The TV was turned on and so were the lights and the fan. He appeared to have dozed off while watching TV. He sat upright, with his hands resting on his thighs and head slightly tilted to the side. I turned the TV and lights off so that he can sleep soundly and went back inside the room to prepare for my morning jog. My mom got up slightly after that and at about 8am, walked out to the living room and asked my dad what he wanted for breakfast. Yes, we are all early-risers.
When she realised he wasn't responding, she tried to wake him up for breakfast and that's when she realised that he had become oddly cold and stiff. She called out to me once saying that something was wrong with my father and at first I thought it was just a joke. When she called out to me a second time, I sensed the urgency in her voice and sprinted out to the living room. I touched my father's forehead and face and found it to be very cold and lifeless. We tried to lay him down on the sofa - it was almost like trying to shift a statue. He was almost frozen into the position. After that we covered him with blankets and I heated some water. I dipped a handkerchief in the hot water and wiped it over his body, hoping to bring his temperature up.
We called the ambulance and the paramedics announced on the spot that he had passed away, probably a long time ago. Needless to say, my mom and I started bawling. Family friends started pouring in. Very thankful for their presence, my mom and I would have gone crazy if we were left alone. Also very thankful to Singapore Casket for being so hospitable and cooperative and arranging for my dad's cremation on the day itself.
He was cremated at 5.20pm on 10 Dec 2013. :( It was scary and sad to watch his coffin go into the furnace. Definitely not something I want to see again anytime soon. Also thanks to Zhiqi, her dad and her uncle for their help <3 p="">
One of my aunties (Aunty Lim) from my religious group actually accompanied me to Singapore Casket to make the payment for my dad's burial and then she accompanied me and my mom and our family friends all the way to Mandai Crematorium for the cremation and we were also joined by Aunty Lilian from my religious group. I am truly grateful for their support despite the fact that I have been inactive for religious meetings and stuff for the last few months. :')
My poor mom and I had to retell the "story" of what happened in the morning to so many people, it was really tiring and sad. My mom cried buckets of water :(
This was just a really short and quick description of that day. R.I.P papa. At least it wasn't a long, torturous and painful death. It was short and quick. Treasure your life and always make healthy choices in life. Don't smoke, don't drink excessively, exercise regularly and stay fit, sleep well, don't overwork yourself and maintain a good relationship with God. :)
I am in a dilemma. :( I have an interview with a company on Monday 10am. I really want this job because it's an event company and I really love the idea of working for an events company. I have another interview at 11am and the company is quite reputable and the pay is even better than the pay offered by the events company. BUT I still want the 10am one more. :(
If the 10am one doesn't accept me, then of course I will pray that I get the 11am one. Here are the worst case scenarios:
10am one tells me that they will need a day to consider. 11am one accepts me immediately. I can't say no to 11am one because it's rude. I say yes to 11am and the next day the 10am one accepts me too -.-
OR I reject the 11am offer in the hope that i get the 10am one and I DON'T get the 10am offer. -.- GAHHHHH
*pulls hair out* Hate such situations. Guess I will leave it to God. Whatever happens I will take it as His decision. :)
Mabel came over to my house today. I was watching a sad Bollywood movie when she came and I cried like a baby in front of her. HAHA xD
Watching another Bollywood movie now! The guy was angry with the girl and was avoiding the girl so the girl went and lay down on a railway track -.- DRAMA right? Then the guy came and carried her off the railway track. SO SWEET, can't take it xD
I think the most exciting part of prom for me was the part where I shopped for my prom clothes. XD On the morning of the prom, the girls and I gathered at Zhiqi's house to dress up and get ready. Putting on nail polish was such a pain. Once ready, the 7 of us(Shamira, Zhiqi, Mazi, Neeran, Ella, Jessica and I) took a maxi cab(better than a taxi but little less glam than a limo) down to the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel.
Pretty right? I didn't take this photo though!
Kudos to all the girls for dressing up so well! There were so many stunning girls :) I don't like taking photos with people that much though, so I only have a few photos (self conscious). Warning: The lighting was bad!
With the class clique <3 nbsp="">3>
With lit classmate, Meena :)
Why didn't I consider wearing a sari? I think there was this Chinese girl who wore a sari? Shame on myself xD
With classmate of 6 years, Jasmine(:
With the gorgeous Rinittha
Best friend of almost 6 years, Judy <3 td="">3>
With S20! Gonna miss u all :(
With my OG mates :)
With guitar mate Nishan :)
With Ming Sen :)
With Zhiqi :)
With the sweet Nasuha <3 nbsp="">3>
with Priyanka :)
With Sid :)
That's all for the pictures! As I said, I didn't take many! One thing that really affected me is the realization that I probably won't speak to some of these people that I took photos with ever again? :( Regret not being able to find Meiyi, Jiamin and some of the drama people to take photos! :(
Heard many people went clubbing after that! :D Me and my girls went straight home though!
Congrats to Mok (Zhuan Ying) for winning prom Queen!! :) We screamed damn loud for her! :D
That's all for now :)
BTW my blog readings finally crawled up to my 10000! Whoots?
Okay, I suppose I can give out more information about my job from last week. Basically I was an event helper at the 3rd Singapore Symposium on Casino Regulation & Crime. Pretty heavy stuff.
Not everyone there was serious about it. The guest speakers and some of the audience members were all sitting upright in their seats but there were some who were dozing off blatantly. I am just going to assume they were really tired and sleep deprived. Otherwise, I don't think it is appropriate as representatives of your company, to just take off into lala land like that. Some were even worse, checking Facebook, Twitter, and whatnot, playing Candy Crush even for long periods of time. Excuse me but people flew in from America, Australia and other foreign countries for this conference, and you being a Singaporean are just sitting there twiddling your thumbs and playing with your phone? I really didn't want to judge but this made me very disappointed. But like I said, this was not the majority. So I am just shocked by the few who did this. Like, take your job seriously people.
The Australian representative was really nice :) He thanked me and the girls on his way out on the last day for the hospitality. We were almost too stunned to reply.
ANYWAYS, after the conference was over, Danielle, Seetoh, Wendy and I went for dinner at Eighteen Chefs at Tiong Bahru Plaza.
It was my first time eating there. According to Wendy and Danielle, Eighteen Chefs is a social enterprise. Apparently the chefs are ex-convicts. I am glad that such social enterprises exist because it gives these people who once strayed away from the right path a chance to return to a normal life, where they can feel pride in their work and earn a living. :)
I must say the food was delicious. They provide a lot of cheesy food items. As a cheese lover...I APPROVE. I got the student meal, which is quite affordable at $6.50. You can choose between cheese-baked rice(there are various flavours to choose from) and pasta(with many different sauce toppings). I chose the pasta since I haven't eaten pasta in a long time, with spicy tomato sauce and chicken sausage. The meal included a drink (iced lemon tea for me) and ice cream(OREO!!).
The four of us also got one plate of cheese fries and shared it(because it's always good to split the calories). So all in all, it was a very filling meal and I couldn't even finish my pasta. :( Definitely a place worth visiting again and again. Oh and the cheese fries we chose was double cheese. OH MY GOSH. IT WAS SINFUL.
Woah I really think I am going to miss Danielle and Seetoh (I get attached really easily) even though we only knew each other for two days. :( Wish them all the best for their As. :)

Went prom shopping with Judy on Saturday. In the end I didn't get the THE DRESS I found the other time because I found another THE DRESS. Hahaha. I don't think you will understand what I am talking about unless you read my previous post. Ran into Zhiqi and her mom while at H&M!
A lot of us seem to be buying the same colour of dress. Dang it :/ Oh well, doesn't matter. I swear Judy and I are going to look like twins. Just that one is shorter, darker and fatter (me). xD We even unknowingly bought the same colour clutch xD HAHA.
______________________________________________________________________________
Went for an interview on Sunday. Money is good but it is commission based so it doesn't seem that appealing. Maybe no. Monday was really tiring because I ran around with my mom doing annoying things like paying bills and fixing her broken phone. Don't you just hate such adult-ish errands? Get used to it Jaslin, you're going to be one soon.
Also, mailed my application form to NUS. For an admin job, not an university application xD Pay is good!!
Today, I bought my accessories for prom and went for another job interview at Raffles Place, in the Standard Chartered building. First time entering the building, it is very impressive, I must say.
A recruitment company is situated there and they promised to sign Mabel and I up for a job that can earn us even more than the NUS one! It's an admin job with Singtel. Sounds good. :)
We have to wait for them to ask us to go down for an interview though! AND we have to pass the interview. This job has a lot of competition for it. But I believe I can make it? :) Mabel too! The interview might be anytime this week!
After the interview, Mabel and I ate at a North Indian restaurant called Nalan(purely vegetarian) It seems to be very popular, the place was packed!! Got a set meal for just $5.35 and man, it was hot, spicy, and finger-licking good! Only regret is not trying the Lassi and the Laddoo. D:
Beautiful tree
Mabel eating Briyani
Me with my awesome food!
So excited for prom tomorrow! :) Although I am kind of nervous too :X If you are not yet in the mood for prom, listen to the following songs/watch the videos. I swear you will get the mood :D
JUST TRY. To me, at the end of the day, even if you don't have that special someone, prom is meant to make you feel lovey-dovey. LOL. Not lonely, but lovey-dovey.
And if you don't want to feel lovey-dovey but just excited, this is the song for you :D
That's all for now! Will update after prom :) Toodles~
It is almost unbelievable but yes, A levels are over. I doubt I would ace it but I am an optimistic person (usually) so I will work with whatever grades I have obtained and see where I can go and what I can do with that. Why cry over spilled milk right? Life's too short for that.
After the last paper, Chemistry mcq, the girls and I went to watch Catching Fire! It was AWESOME. It totally made the book come to life. It was super intense throughout and I loved the cast's acting. (even Liam's and I don't like him 'cus of the Miley thing) Sam Claflin is just SO cute and I LOVED the old woman who played Mag. She was so adorable and I wanted to cry when she walked into the fog. I didn't feel that upset at that part when I read the book but the actress playing Mag made me feel so bad for her D:
I love Peeta-Katniss, especially after realising that Jen and Josh are real life friends outside of the movies and are very affectionate towards each other (as can be seen during their interaction in interviews and they have been friends since young). Go PEETNISS. (I hope you didn't read that wrongly)
After the movie we gave Maal her birthday present, which is less fattening than a cake. We bought her The Book Thief. Hope she likes the book!! HAPPY BELATED 18TH MAAL. :)
Today, I went for my first job after A Levels. Can't reveal details 'cus it's a high-profile event, but I suppose I can reveal more details once it's over, which is tmr. :) All I can say for now is that it was an international symposium with high-fliers and even foreign delegates. Is that too much info alr? D: Hope not! Don't want to get into trouble xD HAHA.
The job is not demanding except for the fact that we have to stand for long periods of time. The pay is pretty good and we get to hang around VIPs and even talk to them ("This way, sir.") and pass them water bottles and I get to oogle at the good looking ones and we are provided with three meals so LEG PAIN can be TOLERATED.
I can't seem to write in proper English anymore :/ Will work on it, gimme some time. I am using short forms everywhere -.-
OK so I had to wake up at 4.45am this morning to go to work but luckily work starts at 8am tmr so I can afford to wake up at 6. PHEW.
The person in charge at work, Daisy, is really nice and I also made friends with two awesome JC peeps called Danelle and Jia Xing. (not sure if I spelt that write). It's quite fun when u have awesome colleagues to chit chat with. I even played shoot-shag-marry with Jia Xing and we used the foreign delegates. Since we can't remember their names we called them Singapore, Macau, Nevada, and Australia based on the country they are from. HAHA. (you can't blame us, we were bored) Danelle seriously resembles my sec school classmate Janice. :O
The tea provided to us was awesome - donuts, chocolate cupcakes, wanton dumplings, fruit punch and tea. Huge thumbs up. (Y)
ANYWAYS. After the job ended, I went to look for my prom dress and I think I found THE ONE. I have decided not to buy a long flowy gown just because the theme is Hollywood. If you think practically, what are the chances of me wearing a long flowy gown again anytime soon? Very low. Maybe the next time would be my wedding. LOL.
So I have decided to go for something simple and practical instead. :) Haven't bought it yet though. Will probably get it when I go shopping with Judy this coming Saturday. Super excited!! :D
Will use my own hard-earned money from this job to buy the dress, makes me even more happy :)
After checking out the dress I headed to JE library and borrowed a book called "How to make it to the Top" - 'cus I really need to know. Actually I could have gone to the library another day when my feet isn't aching so badly but I felt a strange pull. Maybe it was fated because while I was browsing the book sections, I heard an announcement saying that there would be a live musical performance at the 4th floor.
Now, I'm a music-lover and really like to support musicians so I immediately headed up to watch the performance. Omg, it was stupendous. Basically they were a group that does improvised performances. Any one of them would start playing any random tune off of the top of their heads and the others would join in at random places to either contradict or complement each other. They did about 5 random pieces like that and all of them left my jaw on the ground. Luckily no one stepped on it.
And at the end they did something I would never have expected, they announced that they would invite an audience member up on stage with them to play the percussion instrument (something which doesn't require experience) and do an improv with them. AND THEY PICKED ME 'cus I was sitting right in front. Luckily after seeing my horrified face they invited another random audience member to do it with me. xD
At first I was very nervous of course but then slowly I got used to it. Unfortunately I was concentrating so hard on thinking of my own improv beats that I didn't get to enjoy the whole group's piece as a whole. Wish someone had recorded it and sent it to me :( never mind~
Today was quite a perfect day in my opinion, better than any of the last three weeks of mugging. Hopefully things continue to work out this way :)
Ok so I got surprised by Wendy and Brielle once already and then some more of my friends surprised me on the 21st. I was studying at the study room at the Centris with Judy. Mabel was playing cards with Koko and Jiun Yeu and Wei Chin was reading an ebook on his phone. Then Judy and I realised that we had no more water and so went to the Fairprice at JP, which was quite convenient since the Centris is directly connected to JP, with Wei Chin. We got water and some food and was waiting for the lift doors to open so that we could go back to the Centris and guess what happened?
The lift doors opened and there stood Maalikka, Mazi, Jessica, Zhiqi and Shamira with Koko! I was like, WHAT?! I think my jaw literally hit the floor. I know they probably think that the surprise was ruined or something 'cause I wasn't supposed to run into them at the lift. HAHAHA. But I still think the surprise went well because I was very surprised! Like for the whole day, not a single person gave anything away. And the "worse" thing is, the girls had even contacted Koko and Judy and maybe Mabel to plan the surprise. I dunno how they did it seriously xD
They refuse to tell me how they planned everything :( Anyways, the girls got me a really nice chocolate cake.
sorry abt the poor lighting!
Here are the group photos:
The Fuhua Gang
The Whole Gang
Got presents from these peeps too! The one I got from the class gals really tocuhed my heart. I feel fuzzy every time I see it. ^^ Knowing that I love 17 magazine, they made me a NINETEEN magazine! How sweet is that? Not only that, inside it's filled with pictures of my favourite stars and role models. SO MANY OF THEM. I really wonder how long they took to find all their pics and make into a collage. Really touched for their effort. :')
Can you see them?? Beyonce, Demi, Leona Lewis, Adam Lambert, the Harry Potter trio, Jennifer Lawrence, they even FOUND TAUFIK BATISAH. And my eye candies Taylor and Zac are in too :D Would also like to thank Brielle and Wendy once again for their surprise, cake and presents! Love the both of you too :)
That's all for now folks! I'm grateful that God has given me 19 healthy and safe years in this world and awesome friends like this. :)
Last month, my relatives came to Singapore for a holiday and my mom and I acted as tour guides. :) Haven't met this uncle of mine for 10 years and never seen his wife and kid. Crazy, right?
Brought them to various shopping malls, to Sentosa etc. My little cousin seems to be a bit over-pampered, being the only child. After interacting with her, I realised that I was the only one who wouldn't let her get away with whatever she wanted xD If I ever become a mom, I will probably be a strict one. Oh well, on the bright side, she's adorable.
Meet Athena
My cool uncle
I like the above photo a lot! :) And of course, the awesome photographer is me! xD Sorry for the self-praise.
Mom and I :)
I didn't take any pics of my aunt with my phone. OOPS. Never mind xD
In other news, Wendy and Brielle gave me a surprise! I was just sitting at a table at the Foodplace in City Hall, waiting for Wendy and Brielle to come back from the rest room when they came back with a chocolate lava cake. I swear it had 2000 calories in it...not that I don't appreciate it lah xD
I am not big on celebrating my birthday though. Personal reasons. :) So if anyone is reading this don't bother celebrating kay! xD BUT I STILL APPRECIATE THAT B AND W DID THIS FOR ME. REALLY SWEET OF THEM. I DID NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO REACT. Although when Brielle and Wendy were trying to figure out what to give me as a present I totally guessed it man. xD haahha brush up your acting skills people xD joking, joking!
I feel old but I am glad I am alive xD
Dang it, I am going to turn 19 and I am neither a responsible student nor daughter, and neither have I done anything with my life. :/ I feel the pressure to do something with my life already and I suppose I could start with A levels. I AM GOING TO BE HONEST. I PROBABLY FAILED ALL MY H2s FOR PRELIMS. :( I don't know HOW I am going to buck up in time for As...but I don't have a choice. I WILL buck up in time for As. The only problem now is, how am I going to face my parents and my teachers. Omg I can already imagine all their disappointed faces.
There is this motivational speaker that I always listen to. He is called Eric Thomas and he uploads new motivational videos every Monday(for America)/Tuesday(for Singapore). But even he can't motivate me sometimes :( Oh well, I have physics MCQ tomorrow. Hope I don't screw it up real bad. Sigh :(
Haha & Skull concert: Well let's just say that it was awesome! :D They were even better live than on their music videos. They hyped the crowd up really well and threw souvenirs in the form of t-shirts etc. out to us! I almost caught one of their souvenirs but someone snatched it away from me :(
Zhiqi and I, Zhiqi looking so sweet :D
(lazy to upload the other photos plus Blogger keeps screwing up :/ ) Hari Raya Celebration At Shamira's: Went over to Shamira's house to celebrate Hari Raya with her and her family. Met cute baby Emma and adorable Olivia, Shami's nieces. :) Ate a LOT of delicious food courtesy of Shamira's mom!! We also met Stina, a German exchange student who resided in Shamira's house for about 2 weeks I believe! She didn't socialize with us much though. :/ One interesting thing I found out was that she takes 13 subjects. And to think I already had trouble keeping up with my 8 subjects in secondary school... Here are some photos:
Zhiqi and I with sweet Olivia! Look at that smile! :D
Them goodies tasted good!
group photo! German girl beside me!
That's all for now! Will post more after the prelims! :)
Haven't had the time nor the mood to post for very long so now I'm going to spam several posts in one go.
1)Last month, I went to one of my mom's friends house with my mom. While I was there, to my horror I discovered that to occupy the kids' minds so that they can do housework in peace, the aunties let them watch horror movies on TV. 'cause apparently that's the only genre that makes them sit still. I am not a parent so I don't have experience with kids but surely that is not something kids should grow up watching. They were watching Prometheus for Pete's sake. Soon they will become desensitized to violence and horror. Oh lord, good luck to these kids. 2) Ok next, I realized I haven't complained about the haze yet. It's all past tense but I still feel the need to say something about it. This was the worst Singapore has ever been affected by the annual (deliberate) forest fires in Sumatra. Everyone was pissed, worried about their health, the masks were out of stock, I have never been to Guardian so many times in a week, we were breathing in carcinogenic air, people were getting coughs, PSI was hitting 300+ everyday, daily activities were interrupted (such as outings, canceling of consultations, and my dad was even allowed to come home from work at 3pm one day!). That basically sums up the terrible second week of June. Kudos to the 987FM DJs though, for making the situation lighter with their jokes and songs about the haze xD
This is called This is Haze by SgGag
This one's the best. Hazy by Mr Young and Jacqui
But luckily the wind directions over the ocean changed and the haze decreased. It's usually between 10 - 25 now. I never truly appreciated the clear air in Singapore till this incident. So THANK YOU Sumatra, for making me appreciate Singapore more. But no thanks for your contribution to Global Warming. *pissed*
3) We celebrated two more birthdays recently! Jessica's and Mazi's! For Jessica's birthday we went over to Mazi's house and baked cookies for Jess! We also made a batch each for ourselves and MAN...THEY WERE GOOD. Nothing like cookies fresh from the oven! *drools* Just hope that Jessica liked them too! :) It was the first time I tried my hand at baking after Home Economics in secondary school. I remember I made my first batch of chocolate chip cookies with Jermine. :D
For Mazi's birthday we made her a mixed tape! We put all sorts of songs inside! Maal even put Bollywood songs inside!! xD HAHA. I put a song from Mumford & Sons, one from Ellie Goulding, one from Steve Grande, and one from David Gray. I hope Mazi liked our present too!!
4) Mabel and I won the contest to go watch Haha & Skull!! :D Thank you so much to everyone who voted!! Went to get the tickets today! Will be bringing Zhiqi along since she is a big RM fan! I am not a big RM fan but I do like Korean music and Korean reggae is something really special and unique and totally worth watching! Check out Haha & Skull:
The mini concert will be held at Zouk tomorrow, which, in case you guys didn't know, is actually a club! So excited! My first trip to a club!! Albeit, not for clubbing~
I was always under the impression that Zouk must be at Orchard/clark quay along with all the other clubs, but turns out it's at Tiong Bahru! Which is fine by me, the nearer the better! :D
A picture I got of Zouk from Google but I will be uploading my own photos of Zouk tomorrow night, or maybe on Sunday. :)
5)There is actually literature class tomorrow morning...yes on a Saturday. However, I won't complain because we are going to watch the movie that has been adapted from our lit text The Remains of the Day and the play too! :) Really eager to watch ROTD but not so much The Duchess of Malfi as it is rather dark and dreary :/ and depressing.
Wondering if I should go to Ngee Ann civic centre tomorrow after lit, 987FM is having an event there... Anyways, I went to find Kazuo Ishiguro's other books! Already read A Pale View of Hills. The contrast between ROTD and APVOH is that while at the end of ROTD he neatly tied up the knots and everything, there are many questions left unanswered in APVOH :O I was quite stunned that he never bothered to explain certain events, thus leaving them to my imagination. It can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on what type of reader you are :) Borrowed two more Ishiguro books today: The Unconsoled and When We Were Orphans. Gonna start on The Unconsoled first. Hope it won't disappoint! :)
6) Last but not least, I'd like to talk about a movie I recently watched. The main character (girl) was in love with a guy and broke up with him for some reason. Then along came another handsome and charming guy who wanted to be with her...she felt attracted to him too, but couldn't be with him because memories of the old guy would keep resurfacing. :/
I just hate this part of us girls...we somehow always think of the old guys even though it's been literally years. I sometimes still think of my primary school crush you know. -.- Maybe us girls REALLY ARE from Venus. Anyways, there is a song that describes this SO WELL. Broken Arrow by Pixie Lott. The song is self-explanatory. Do take a listen!
